He’s involved on M&A and LBO transactions across different sectors in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our teams in 2017, he had gained experience in Corporate Finance (BPCE Group and JCDecaux) and as an Entrepreneur.
Augustin graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management and also holds an Advanced Master degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.
He speaks French and English.
