- Assisting management teams to buy their employer. This can be in connection with the succession planning of an owner at e.g. a family-owned business or related to the divestment of a non-strategic (non-core) business unit of a large(r) company. Naturally, we also arrange the financing of the MBO;
- Assisting large or mid-market corporates willing to divest a (non-core) business/unit. In this case and depending on the situation, we could run a dual-track, whereby we offer to sell the business to strategic buyers and to financial investors to partner with its management team. In some other scenarios, we may immediately organize an MBO project, should an MBO be the best project for both our client and the business for sale;
- Assisting financial investors in exiting a portfolio company via a secondary or tertiary buyout, i.e. a sale to another private-equity investor.
