About the deal

BCS, a leading Human Resource Management and payroll software provider was sold to Main Capital Partners plus BCS management. With the support of Main, BCS aims to further expand its strong position in the Human Capital Management market throughout the Benelux.

BCS is a Dutch SaaS provider of HR and payroll software and services solutions, owned by Bas Praagman and Ruben van Aarle and Ramon van Aarle (also owners of Taxperience). BCS has more than 40 years of experience and has an extensive product offering which includes solutions for salary administration, employee benefits, hour registration, workflow management and personnel planning, as well as integrated HR software solutions. The solutions are served to over 2,300 clients within the Dutch market.

What we did
